We ship from the USA and Europe. Orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days in the U.S. and 7–14 days internationally. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Please check your tracking link first. If it’s been more than 14 days, message us with your order number at support@gaiainfusion.com or via Facebook/Instagram DM.

Let us know! Occasionally links break, but we can resend your tracking info manually. Just email us at support@gaiainfusion.com or send us a direct message on Facebook or Instagram.

We only offer subscriptions if you manually select that option at checkout — it's never automatic.

If you're unsure, you can check your order confirmation email and click "View your order". This will open your order status page, where you can see if it’s a one-time purchase or a subscription.

You can cancel your subscription anytime:

  1. Open your order confirmation email.

  2. Click “View your order” — this will take you to your order portal.

  3. From there, you can manage or cancel your subscription directly.
